  5. Thank you for the info, I did the rt leg on the stump of the left leg for a bad year. I am very anti-flexible and I always tend to the comfort zone of my body. I raised my blade on the ground to move my leg away to the ground. Keep it up. Mamasay

    Thank you very much for 20 minutes! All this has contributed greatly to my restless legs. I am a beginner but really find this video relaxing and fulfilling. Can I ask you, how can I keep my neck and shoulders so tense during leg exercises? I find it hard to focus on them all up. All tips for neck / shoulders tense? Much appreciated!

    I like the way the frame is a corner of a living room. Makes people realize that you do not need much space to do yoga every day.
