  6. I went into this going “oh yeah, I’m already pretty flexible, this’ll be easy!” and I finished thinking “ahhh I’m going to be so sore!” At any rate though I feel good after it all:P

  10. thank you so much for this. i have extremely tight and tender calves and it affects my running. now i do this stretch before i go workout and i feel no discomfort in my calves at all.

Yeah, that basically happened. I believe I ought to think well done, nevertheless I wish it was me. He stated he learned from the Cupid Love System (Search for it in Google). I want to disappear inside a cave at this point.

  14. I still like the routine A LOT. Maybe you could try and upload a video response, doing the excercises at a slower pace? (I would but I’m not practised enough and not skilled in computer things and it would look daft…)

  18. I like this routine but need to figure out how to get bent forward as far as you in the sitting pose I am more so lurched over rather than arms flat in the sitting pose.

  24. I really love this routine. Honestly, the music doesn’t effect me what so ever. I can’t even remember what it sounds like. I guess I block it out. I have does this every night for about a week and I sleep great. I love the flow of your voice, and how it’s like whatever. I don’t feel rushed now that I have done it enough to know whats going on Thank you!

  30. This is not a good video for a deep sleep. I kind of feel like the phrase deep sleep was just thrown in there because it’s done in the daylight, the music is not relaxing and those were hardly poses that I would consider beneficial for a good night’s sleep.

  31. Just echoing some of the other remarks about the pace and ambience – please, less pacey and better suited music. It felt as though I was listening to some sort of Body Pump workout.
