  2. There is great STANDING and sitting beginner’s dynamic yoga geared for
    seniors and/or anyone w no previous yoga training. Check out Suzanne
    Andrews, an amazing yoga instructor. I ordered mine on Amazon. Learned
    about Ms. Andrews on a PBS pledge drive. Love her personality and teaching

    seniors and the very young who do not have any previous yoga training?
