    Thank you for posting this! it was a pleasant routine for me to use. I’m a rider / trainer and needed a good way to stretch my legs and lower back, and this routine was awesome. It was simple, easy to understand, and seemed to help. Thank you ~

I was only about 30 pounds over weight, I now have a well-built body with yoga, and you just repated what I said, yes, you can change your life, but you should not control your dreams, if you’re really into the whole thing then you know that dream the dreams that you are supposed to have are those that you were intended to have, you know what you dream of pussy you can not have.

I think your dreams reflect your life, and if you can control dreams, you can change your life is like controlling your heartbeat, or chemicals realeased in your body, quite correct because it is clearly authorized by the laws of the universe, looking at how you are extremely biased and sectarian comments ill give it a miss yoga permanent, and not just because it’s really delayed
