  11. This has really helped me get into my right split in two weeks, It does
    hurt my right leg though but not as much. I taught myself how to do my left
    split and I’m much more flexible with my left but this video really helped
    me get into my right. Thanks!! Do you guys have a video on how to get into
    your scorpion? 

  12. Remember to breathe deep in and out and massage your legs after the video
    by clutching your fist and lightly hitting your thigh muscles

  14. if you streach you should hold your feet in flex it means that your thumbs
    are pointing to the ceiling or at your face-it’s more effective
